Relays Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern Relays Technology (“Relays”) — design, launch, and care of a website on a subscription model. The service is operated under the Relays brand with delivery partner Webowners (webowners.pl). Using the service means you accept these terms.

2. Scope of service

Under the chosen plan (Start, Grow, or CMS) you receive site design and implementation plus care that typically includes hosting, domain (if included), SSL, backups, and the support level described in the offer. Content-edit limits depend on the plan. Items outside the plan (e.g. e-commerce, extra pages, copywriting, migrations) are quoted separately.

3. Term and cancellation

The minimum commitment is six (6) months from service start (site go-live or another date stated in the order). Cancellation is only possible after this minimum period. Notice must be given in writing (email) with a 30-day notice period, effective no earlier than the end of the 6-month minimum. After the minimum, the agreement may continue month to month on the same terms unless otherwise agreed.

4. Fees

The subscription fee is payable in advance for each billing period (month). There is no setup fee on standard plans unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may lead to suspension after prior notice.

5. End of engagement

After a valid termination Relays will provide a reasonable technical export of content and files and enable domain transfer if the domain was registered or managed under the service. Relays does not guarantee continued site operation outside an active subscription.

6. Liability

Relays provides the service with due care. You are responsible for content you publish (including via CMS). Relays is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, infrastructure providers, or your own actions.

7. Contact

For terms and contract matters: use the Relays site form or channels provided by Webowners. This document sets general offer conditions; a specific order may refine scope without contradicting the 6-month minimum.
